公司简介: 英国惠灵顿公学(Wellington College),1859年宣告成立。2017年1月11日上午,英国惠灵顿公学正式签约入驻杭州,这是惠灵顿公学在中国继天津、上海之后开设的第三个分校区。 惠灵顿中国杭州校区座落于杭州萧山科技城的国际教育园。学校有一套完善的幸福关怀体系贯穿各个学段,为学生提供全人教育,使其能在未来茁壮成长。 工作职责: 1. 负责主流社交媒体运营管理,包括微信,朋友圈广告,抖音,小红书等; 2. 管理SEO,负责学校品牌推广,宣传,拓展投放渠道,关注投放效果等; 3. 辅助HR人事部门进行学校招聘宣传等; 4. 审核广告质量及有效性,熟悉广告推荐算法逻辑,直达相应客户群体,保障推广质量; 汇报对象: 市场经理;招生及市场部总监 岗位要求: 1. 有3-5年自媒体运营经验者优先,熟悉社交媒体推广逻辑; 2. 有明确的目标,良好的自我驱动力和主动工作的意识; 3. 认真、细心、负责,较强的质量把关能力; 4. 对惠灵顿品牌有一定了解,对于国际教育有从业热情;详见下方英文介绍。 福利待遇: 1. 五险一金,额外的补充商业医保(子女可用); 2. 年假20天,中外节假日,双休,不调休; 3. 免费午餐,免费员工班车; 4. 年轻有活力的团队,国际化工作环境,人文关怀; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the backend of our social media platforms (wechat, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Little Red Book, Shipinghao), understand the traffic recommendation algorithm of short video platforms and the user persona of different social media. • Know how to create advertisement on different social media back end and use data to improve the CPL and ROI of online advertisement. • Understand the pain points of prospective families and work closely with Marketing Manager to produce high quality and creative contents to promote the strength and USP of WCH. • Measure and report performance of all social media marketing campaigns, and assess against targets and goals (ROI and KPIs). • Work with HR to improve employer branding and recruitment campaigns. • Share new ideas for digital campaigns and keep up to date with new trends. • Assist marketing department members to conduct regular market research, competitor tracking and analysis especially on the website and online digital performances. • Manage distribution of school news on social media and website accurately and timely. • Manage and develop Wellington College Hangzhou websites by ensuring that all functionalities are implemented effectively to secure online performance and operations. • Steer and manage a consistent and positive user experience online by developing and maintaining a high level of integration of all social media platforms for our sustainable growth plans. • Steer the analysis of web statistics and user behaviour on a continuous base to optimise the online performance and the functionality of the College’s website and all other involved platforms. • Manage and review all Wellington College Hangzhou SEO and SEM implementation and tracking, including reporting on ROI and other data analysis, with a view to gaining insights from data to drive future strategic planning. • Manage the day-to-day operation of the mini app in English and Chinese. Look for ideas to develop, gain reviews and new businesses. • Be responsible for other marketing daily tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing and Admissions.
